We closed on our new house yesterday. Per cliche, we initialed and signed an inch high stack of papers. But that was probably the easy part. A lot more work remains ahead of us.
Jen joined us for the pre-closing walkthrough, and later back at the house for some orientation and clean up. We need to get the new boiler installed, the locks rekeyed, and start some electrical and plumbing repairs.
Oh yeah, and we have to sell our old home.
