Blackberries have been featured in the local supermarket for a week or more, so I picked up a couple of 12 oz packs from Mexico on Saturday. We are also seeing rhubarb, so knowing a web search will always find a recipe for just about any given set of ingredients, I got some of that too. We had lunch Sunday at IHOP (where Jordi lost and found his Red Sox cap) with the J's and this pie was made later in the afternoon, so you only get my opinion: yummy. Jen is staying focused on apple pie, so I don't think she is too much missing this blackberry rhubarb combo.
